崗位職責:

1.Buy off inspection 入庫檢驗

Knowledge of vehicle hand over processes.

Finishe the visiable (part and body) check and statict function check of all vehicles when BYDA hands over the car to BDNT.

Record defects in the Job card and confirm repair result, collect all the Job cards, and transfer Job card to BYDA. Present the result and finish regular report.

Assist CPA auditor to finish the static audit, if necessary.

熟悉整車從BYDA到BDNT/Q以及BDNT/Q到BDNT/S的交接流程。

檢驗整車外觀(零部件及車身)及靜態功能。

做好缺陷記錄，回收工作卡片并轉交給BYDA。展示檢驗結果，完成常規檢驗報告。

如有必要，協助CPA審核員完成靜態審核。

2. Feedback 質量異常反饋

Be able to judge the severity of the defect exactly, knowledge of processes of defective product.

Feedback to the superior of BYDA CL1/2/3 in time.

Escalation when serious defect found.

能準確判斷缺陷的嚴重程度，熟悉缺陷處理流程。

及時將不良車輛信息反饋給BYDA CL1/2/3的管理者。

升級嚴重的問題。

任職要求:

o Education教育背景

Minimum Junior college in Engineering

中專及以上學歷 工科專業

o Experience (type of)工作經驗(類型)

Minimum 2 years’ experience as quality in automotive industry.

至少2年從事汽車行業品質檢驗的經驗

o Specific knowledge/skills具備的知識/技能

- General automotive business knowledge (supplier industry, automotive market)

掌握汽車行業基本知識(供應商所在行業、汽車市場)

- Be familiar with the vehicle structure, good at driving, minimum 2 years driving experience

熟悉車輛架構，熟練駕駛，最少2年駕齡

- Knowledge and understanding of automotive technology

具有汽車行業的知識

- Strong ability of learning and adaptation

較強的學習與適應能力
